Let's face it - no one looks forward to utilizing the services of a funeral home or cemetery. My family has had the need to work with Memory Chapel twice in less than a year. Both times, their services were outstanding. They look after every need, and do so with kindness and compassion. They seem to always be there when you need them, but always unobtrusive. The staff and the facilities are excellent, and I highly recommend them.
I would like to add that Nikki Banks helped my wife and I with purchasing a pre-arrangement package, and we found Nikki to be delightful. She gently reached out regularly, until we were ready to move forward, and then she guided us through every step. Now we have comfort knowing that when the Lord calls us home, our kids will have as smooth a process as we had.
All of Memory Hills staff are nice & helpful but Emily Sonneland was exceptional!! She is so sweet & does everything in her power to make things easy & affordable with plenty of options. She helps you find what works for you. I really appreciated her sincerity & patience.
It’s unfortunate to have any experience with a place such as this, however if you are forced to, there is no better place to experience a funeral. Everyone was very helpful, kind and gently, methodically guided us through the entire process. It doesn’t matter if you have experience or not, facing the kind of decisions my sister had to face for her 36 year old daughter could not have been possible without their guidance. They held my sister’s hand, lifted her up and carried her through. I’m so thankful for everything they have done to ease this burden of my sister. Next, their attention to detail is incredible. They learned and acquainted themselves with my niece and handled each detail in her honor and as if she were there choosing things herself. Way above our expectations. Thank you so very much.

Nikki Banks is the best. She's very attentive. My grandmother passed, and she showed me every option with the header and went over and beyond to make sure a symbol that wasn't an option was submitted with the order as an option.
Good evening my experience was very pleasant I recommend other families to plan ahead of time so that no family members would be left with spouses or family members with the burden of funeral costs can get very expensive in the long run so please take time to go to memorial chapel down on Skyland Blvd in Tuscaloosa Alabama.
There is no way that the staff at memory Chapel could have been more pleasant or more helpful. I never felt rushed. They explained exactly how everything was going to work at the visitation and funeral and made us feel confident that we were at the right place. Memory Chapel Funeral Home has a wonderful and caring staff. After my husband passed, it really felt like family was taking care of all our needs. The attention to detail in which they gave us during this emotional time was warm, thoughtful, and professional.
